About Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited.
The Company incorporated was incorporated as a Company Limited by Shares on the 05th December, 1990 under the provisions of erstwhile Companies Act, 1956 under the name and style of “SUBH PAPER MOLDING PRIVATE LIMITED”. The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
The Company has Converted from the Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company after the Incorporation.
After Incorporation the Company has Changed its name to “SUBH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED”. The Company was again Changed its name from “SUBH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED” to “GEETANJALI CREDIT AND CAPITAL LIMITED” as on 01 st July, 2002.
The Company was Registered under the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. But the Company was shifted its Registered office from Chandigarh RoC to Bangalore RoC.
Currently the Registered office of the Company is situated at the Hubli, Karnataka under the Bangalore – RoC.
Business
The Company is Currently engaged in the Business of the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Company is Registered under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a NBFC. The Company was registered in Chandigarh RBI and the same has been transferred to Bengaluru RBI upon the Change of the Registered office of the Company.
The Company’s main object is to providing the Corporate Loan, and other Loan related work. The Company is Non-Deposit taking Company. The company is engaged to Carry on and to undertake the business of Investments in equity Shares, preference Shares, stocks, debentures, and to deal in Government Bonds, Loans, National Saving Certificates, Post office Saving Scheme and Unit Trust of India.
The Company is worked as a NBFC as per the Circular and Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India time to time.
